3.) You must choose from the price list above to pay for your ad. Click on the price that matches the description of your property. This will bring you into the Pay Pal information. If you do not have an existing Pal Pal account, you will have the option to set one up. Your ad will not be posted until payment has been verified through Pay Pal.
Cancellation Policy: There will be no payment refunds after your ad has been published. There is a $5.00 processing fee if you request a refund before your ad has been published.

BASIC LISTING: Consists of one premium quality photo with generous descriptive text allowance. (You furnish your jpeg digital photo and text.) We do not use thumb-nail photos since we believe that a large, top quality photo on initial presentation best sells your rental.
Enhanced Listing: Provides a 1 page listing. You provide us with up to 4 digital jpeg format photos that show the finest features that your property offers. Your target audience will view the hardwood floors, stone courtyard, large bedrooms, modern kitchen or any other amenity that you wish your audience to view.
